When becoming a member you agree to the sportzdating.co.nz Terms & Conditions, Privacy Statement & Members Policy. Failure to comply will result in removal from the sportzdating service and in more serious cases prosecution.

I will:

• Communicate with other members in an honest & considerate manner, and will not use indecent or defamatory statements;


• Ensure my profile will be accurate and kept current for the time I am a member. This includes age, nationality & relationship status, plus uploading a recent photograph, taken in the last 2 years;


• Communicate for the sole purpose of personal use and will not access the site for commercial use of any kind;


• Keep my published public profile free of any personal contact details to protect my privacy (eg e-mail address, street address, cellphone or phone number…);


• Not engage in advertising to, or solicitation of, other Members to buy or sell any products or services through the Service. You will not transmit any chain letters, spam or junk email to other Members;


• Not harvest or collect personal information, use any robot, spider, site search/retrieval information from the site;


• Not include other website links in my personal profile.


• Not impersonate any person or entity, "stalk" or otherwise harass any person;


• Ensure that the service is for my sole personal use and will not authorise others to use my membership.


• Remove my profile if at any time breach any terms or conditions. Any breaches will also be reported to the site administrator;
• You are excluded from using the service if you:
• Are younger than eighteen years of age when registering for sportzdating;
• Have been convicted of any violent or sexually related criminal offence. If at any stage are convicted of any violent or sexually related criminal offence will remove my profile.

Sportzdating reserves the right to immediately suspend or remove your access to the Service, without notice.
