Terms and Conditions
- Open to all sportzdating members who refer someone to sportzdating
and they register; get a sportzdating poster on a public noticeboard;
get sportzdating mentioned in a sporty e-newsletter or newsletter.
- Prize is drawn 31 October 2008;
- Sportzdating takes steps to ensure that draws are conducted by a reputable
agency with no direct business or personal ties with Sportzdating or
its affiates. All Sportzdating members and referrers meeting the criteria
stated above are elligible with the exception of those directly employed
by Sportzdating or its affiliates or members of their immediate families
;
- The winner will be notified by email as soon as possible after the
Competition draw;
- Prize does not include transportation to ROTORUA or south island activity
location, or anything else which isn't stated as part of the prize;
- Prizes must be redeemed by 31st December 2008;
- Prize winners will receive voucher(s) for their selected prize. Not
redeemable for cash.
- The winner(s) of this competition agree that neither us nor our employees
nor any sponsors shall have any liability in connection with the acceptance
or use of any of the prizes awarded herein. We reserve the right to
