A few tips to increase awareness
- Get up around sunrise and sit quietly for a few
minutes before getting caught up in activity
- Eat fresh foods, with lots of fruit and veges
- Don't overeat – come away from mealtimes feeling a little
hungry as well as light and energetic
- Stay aware of what's happening inside you before you leap into
action
- Take regular time out to reflect upon the day's events e.g. while
walking in the fresh air
