Spring cleaning

Whether its some old junk you've been storing in your garage, overgrown weeds in your garden, toxins in your body, or "emotional baggage" from past relationships, spring is a great time to clean out old stuff that we no longer need. To be ready for new growth, get stuck into some spring cleaning this month. And while you're at it, try one or two of these healthy tips:

- follow the sun: start getting up earlier and make use of the extra daylight before work
- brush off any cobwebs from winter and get back into a regular training routine.
- skip the heavy, cloggy foods at this time of year: that means cutting back on dairy, wheat and meat
